Summer
In the summer everything goes according to a predetermined plan. Good weather conditions make it possible to promptly carry out scheduled repair and other construction works in accordance with previously approved estimates - building insulation, plaster restoration, repair of communal areas, window washing and other general cleaning works in communal areas. On sunny summer days, we continue to take care of the aeration and restoration of lawns. At the end of summer, special attention is paid to the inspection of heating systems and preparation of engineering systems for the winter season, so that the tenants can expect the first sub-zero temperatures in warm apartments.
