Autumn
The main sign of autumn is rain. The works that are carried out in autumn are also largely ensuring that the rainy season does not disrupt the daily life of the tenants. In early September, during the warm days, Fortium inspects rainwater and groundwater drainage systems, cleans sewers from pollution to prevent puddles and floods in case of prolonged rain. The list of works carried out in the fall also includes cleaning of roofs, collection and removal of old foliage. Particular attention is paid to the inspection and preparation of heating systems for the winter season.
